You would think so. But search YouTube for a video called 'QT Hush - "The Peeky-Boo Caper" (1960)'. (I won't link to it since it's probably a copyvio). (talk page watcher) Speaking of filters, 1297 caught Special:Diff/1219231893 of an IP posting "your mom" vandalism of which I just reverted; that filter tagged it, while 320 (hist · log) did not catch it at all. 1297 could possibly detect any false negatives other filters may not catch, and that diff technically counts as a false negative of filter 320.

Anyway, if filter 1297 tracks a huge number of vandalism that filters 12, 225, 260, 380, 384, and 614 may not catch if at all, then 1297 would also be justifiable in my opinion. Codename Noreste 🤔 𝙇𝙖 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙖 14:39, 16 April 2024 (UTC)

RFA2024 update: phase I concluded, phase II begins

Hi there! Phase I of the Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/2024 review has concluded, with several impactful changes gaining community consensus and proceeding to various stages of implementation. Some proposals will be implemented in full outright; others will be discussed at phase II before being implemented; and still others will proceed on a trial basis before being brought to phase II. The following proposals have gained consensus:

• Proposals 2 and 9b (phase II discussion): Add a reminder of civility norms at RfA and Require links for claims of specific policy violations
• Proposal 3b (in trial): Make the first two days discussion-only
• Proposal 13 (in trial): Admin elections
• Proposal 14 (implemented): Suffrage requirements
• Proposals 16 and 16c (phase II discussion): Allow the community to initiate recall RfAs and Community recall process based on dewiki
• Proposal 17 (phase II discussion): Have named Admins/crats to monitor infractions
• Proposal 24 (phase II discussion): Provide better mentoring for becoming an admin and the RfA process

Projectspace Redirect blanking

Hi Suffusion of Yellow, I just saw this thread and was actually surprised that this edit was not picked up by any filter. I was wondering if that can be changed. (I'm asking you directly instead of posting at WP:EF/R since you created Filter 1151 (log)) Nobody (talk) 09:18, 21 May 2024 (UTC)

Well, I created that three years ago, but my own notes say that without the throttle, there are so many FPs [the] log is hard to pick through. Not sure if this is worth the trouble for non-reader-facing material. If they do it a few times, then stop, that's not a big deal, just revert and warn. Actually, the recent changes "filters" can do this. I did not know Recent changes was flexible enought to do this. I changed Category to Help Namespace in your link and it works just like a log filter. I'll keep my eyes on this and fix alse false positives for my code. But if I can fix all false positives then I'll probably request a disallow filter for this. Nobody (talk) 05:55, 23 May 2024 (UTC)
